We used Ryan to purchase our first home in Flagstaff. When we met Ryan he was working mainly as a listing agent, but he agreed to work with us on the buying side and I’m so glad that he did! He was very transparent with us and admitted that he had little recent experience on the buying side, but it didn’t show. I think that his extensive knowledge of the listing side of things was a huge advantage to us because we got more of the “behind the scenes” details in the buying process. Anyone can run around town showing you homes, but the real value of a realtor comes into play when offering advice and acting as a mentor in the home buying process. He listened to our comments and saw our vision for a home. In fact, the home we ended up purchasing was one that my husband and I had marked off the list! But after being disappointed by so many homes that showed well online but not in person, Ryan encouraged us to just take a look.
